HYDRANT FLUSHING

The hydrants will be flushed in October from the hours of 7 am to 3 pm.
Chlorine will be added while flushing, so there may be Chlorine smell.
GARBAGE TEMPORARY PRICE INCREASE

Due to diesel prices increasing, Bel-Con Refuse will be adding a temporarty $3.00 fuel surcharge per customer.
You will notice this on your October billing.
VILLAGE BOARD MEETING

The Village of Dorchester Board of Trustees will hold their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Farmers Cooperative, Entrance Door #2 at 6:30 pm.
The meeting is open to the public.
DORCHESTER COMMUNITY FALL CLEAN-UP
Begins: 10/17/2026
Ends: 10/24/2026
Dorchester Community Fall Clean-Up will be from Saturday, October 17 - Saturday, October 24.
The dump site will be open Monday thru Friday 3-7 pm and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm.
SALINE COUNTY MUSEUM
Begins: 10/18/2026
Ends: 10/18/2026
Bring an antique item to have appraised to the Saline County Museum Sunday, October 18th @ 2 pm.

FOOD TRUCK

The Foot Clinic will be held at the Community Center on October 20.

Trunk or Treat will be Sunday, October 25 from 2-3:30 pm, inside the school back gym.
